Healthy & Easy: Oats Apple Porridge for Babies (6+ Months)

  1. In a pot, add 1 cup of water.
  2. Mix in 1 tsp of ground oats powder.
  3. Cook until it thickens into a porridge.
  4. Add 1 tsp of grated apple. Mix well.
  5. Cook for another 3–5 minutes until the apple softens.
  6. Let it cool slightly and serve warm.
